Policies and Procedures

Before printed orders can be sent out it is required to review
and agree to our Policies and Procedures.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT

PROOF REQUESTED FOR ORDERS  (Add $5)

All requested proofs will be sent ONE TIME to the email address on your printed product(s) so be sure the email is working before you order.

After 2 business days your product will be printed as ordered even if you don’t reply with an OK To Print.

NO EXCEPTIONS – NO REFUNDS (See our guarantee below)

NO PROOF ORDERS

You get a “production proof” from us with every order to verify that we have prepared your graphics as ordered.  If we make a mistake we will correct it and proceed with printing.  YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME THE PROOF IS SENT TO THE EMAIL ON YOUR PRINTED PRODUCTS – OR We will proceed with printing and will not be responsible for any errors.

CHANGE REQUESTS

If you decide you want to make extra changes after we have started printing there is a minimum $10 service fee

Examples:  You change your mind and want to change your email – change your website – add or delete the www in front of your domain - change your phone number(s) – etc. (all changes take time and cost us money not built into the price of your products)

CUSTOM OR CUSTOMIZED PRINTING

If you want to have customized cards they must meet Your Company’s requirements and you will be charged at the Rate of $65 per hour with a $10 minimum. We will be happy to do a screen share with you to design custom cards so that you have instant input and we would have your instant proof approval.  

OUR EXCEPTIONAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If after you receive your order you still find that there is a mistake you made or we made we will replace your order for one half price + shipping.
